with a firm booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rent is usually required. The account details for the transfer are routed to the redirect. The rest can be in the bar on arrival or by bank transfer a few days before arrival by arrangement. You will receive the booking confirmation and all information about the key handover from us.
in the event of a single cancellation, the deposit will be retained. We will reimburse part of your deposit more than 60 days prior to personal arrival if we can find a replacement guest for our canceled travel period, or for part of the period.

Exceptions to this rule are possible, e.g. in the case of a statutory ordinance that does not make travel possible. In this case, seek a solution together with the guest. A crediting of the deposit for a future arrival on a different date is possible (credit), or a refund in special cases.

We do not ask for a deposit when booking our apartments. However, we ask you to report any damage so that we can repair it and hand over an intact holiday accommodation to the following guests
Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday accommodation. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas such as terraces, balconies and gardens

Arrival with a pet is only possible in some holiday accommodations and must be discussed with us in advance. When traveling with a pet, there is a small additional final cleaning fee
The prices quoted include electricity, water, internet, towels and bed linen
Each holiday accommodation has its own internet connection and does not have to be shared with other guests like in a hotel
